Each school year, every chapter is required to have representation at the
Chapters with “ACTIVE” status have fulfilled both requirements and are recognized by Northeast LMSA as active members for the school year.
Chapters with “WARNING” status have not fulfilled one of the requirements in the school year and will be monitored. These chapters are still recognized by Northeast LMSA, but are at risk of losing chapter membership status.
Chapters with “INACTIVE” status have not fulfilled any of the requirements in a school year and have lost recognition by Northeast LMSA. These chapters will be brought up during the Spring House of Delegates meeting and voted on by the representatives. Chapters that may become inactive will have the opportunity to reapply for membership at a future Fall House of Delegates Meeting. This will be voted on by the representatives present.
