LMSA-Northeast is a volunteer-based, non-profit medical student organization. The annual regional conference is our primary fundraising source to obtain contributions from outside sources to support our goals.
Our 53rd Annual Regional Conference is an extraordinary opportunity to be seen by and connect with hundreds pre-medical, medical students, and practicing physicians. Your support will help provide scholarships, study aids, and supplies for Latino students, while also uplifting local nonprofits that provide health services to minorities in need.

Note: If your institution is unable to pay via credit card, please email cfo.northeast@lmsa.net to set up an invoice. Once registration opens, we will reach out to you with instructions on how to claim your registration and gala tickets.

Exhibitor Table and Exibitor Tickets
Exhibitors will have the opportunity to interact with conference attendees in a booth format and enjoy a day of exhibition. Exhibitors will also be listed in the conference program and on the conference mobile app.
Exhibitors receive a table for exhibition space during the exhibitor fair and two (2) tickets for exhibitor representatives at the conference.
Registration will occur on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited.

Small businesses, individuals, or LMSA alumni can play a role through the student sponsorship. Your sponsorship will directly impact students who cannot afford to attend by covering the registration fees for three medical students or three pre-med students (high school or college students).
In appreciation of your support, your business and/or alumni location will be mentioned in our conference program as a valued "Student Sponsor." Join us in fostering the next generation of healthcare professionals and showcasing our commitment to education and community development.
Please note the Student Sponsorship option does not include exhibitor table benefits.
The Regional Conference Gala will be held on May 7th, 2026 from 7pm-12am.
Gala will be titled "The 2026 LMSA-Northeast Regional Conference Gala sponsored by [Organization name]."

A table at the gala will be designated near the stage for ten (10) of your organization’s members to attend
